Scheduling a class is fun and easy! Once you have contacted our office, simply:

  1. Choose a date and time that best fits your schedule.
  2. Pick a menu theme, like one describe above, or customize a menu featuring the dishes that you most want to learn to prepare.
  3. Invite 6 to 12 of your favorite people to join in on this unique, in home experience.                          

All of TRU Cuisine's group classes are hands on and informative.  Our menus are created with the utmost care and attention to specific dietary intentions, and are executed with the expertise of Raw Chef & Author Siegren Johnson. Participants leave confident in their ability to recreate the recipes that have been chosen for each class, and are equipped with the understanding of how these foods will most benefit their bodies. 

In this introduction class, you will learn to successfully create handcrafted fermented nut cheeses, vegetables, and fruits.  Menu Options include: Yogurt, Mozzarella Cheese, Chive Cashew Cream Cheese Spread, Fermented Fruit, Spicy Mexican Carrots, Dill Pickles, Sauerkraut, and More.
